Shinra President of Shinra The president and founder of the Shinra Electric Power Company. His ruthlessness, aggressiveness and cares towards money rather than human life operates the company out of Midgar, the center of the Shinra company where the main offices and the 8 mystical mako reactors are located. Not only does he have control of the economy, but the government as well. Many people detest his actions and have organized the secret underground rebellion what was known as Avalanche in an attempt to thwart his plans.  Rufus Rufus, the son of the president and the vice president of Shinra, and is even more ruthless than his father, to the extent that he plans to overthrow him! Sly, arrogant, and self-centered, he controls the Turks and owns Junon the site of the giant cannon.  Heidegger Heidegger, who is in charge of the Public Maintenance and Order Division, the war general of the Shinra Company, commands the elite Turks force. He also controls SOLDIER, the main drive behind Shinra's elevation to power. It is rumored that the members of SOLDIER are given doses of mako to give them unusually great strength...  Scarlet Head of the Weapons Development Division. One look at the destruction done by Shinra will tell you just how well-rounded she is with the knowledge of weapons with incredible power and destructiveness. Trapped behind her beauty, is a truly withered soul.  Palmer Head of the Space Development Division. A little too slack at his work but certainly doesn't have a trouble in the world. His main focus, the Rocket Development, is controlled by him.  Hojo Head of Chemistry Division. A dismal and lunatic of a scientist who performs bizarre but ultimately powerful experiments in secret. Hojo holds the secrets to Sephiroth's deepest, darkest secrets...  Reeve The head of the City Development Division, he maintains the architecture of cities from the plans of President Shinra. He also designed the monolithic city of Midgar under the President's orders. The Turks Reno Loves romance gossip and always enjoys chatting with Rude about his love. Although his tone of speech that stands out gives people the impression of not being the serious type, he is very skilled with the nightstick, and accomplishes every mission professionally. He makes good use of break time as to talk as little as possible about a mission at breaks.  Rude A heavy drinker and a well-rounded sniper. His targeting tactics are said to be that of a genious. Quite serious, but has a great concern towards other members. He is very good friends with Reno and every time he drinks, he never forgets to give a toast to the Turks and Shinra.  Tseng The leader of the Turks who depends greatly on his members, but is not often involved in their activities. Usually assigned to very important missions, (protecting President Shinra and piloting the helicopter) Shinra relies on him, and he is quite concerned with kidnapping, especially with Aeris.  Elena Accompanies Reno and Rude often. Always follows her orders and is deeply concerned with the responsibility of her job. She works hard when she is on duty and even when she is off, she always gets her man(or woman). Surprisingly, she has feelings towards Tseng. |
